What Causes Cloudy And Smelly Urine?

I have had recent changes in my urine. My urine has a bad smell and is cloudy. No pain, itching or burning. I do have an increased urgency to urinate, put I think that may be due to my age (67) and maybe a problem with the onset of inconsistency? What type of doctor should I see?
