What Causes Cloudy Urine With Stringy Particles Floating In It?

Hi, I have noticed that on a couple of occasions my urine has been cloudy with white string like particles floating in it. I have also been suffering from higher abdomen pain which starts in my back on my left side, I have also been feeling tired and under the weather lately, what could it be and should I go to see a Doctor?

Hello,

Consult a nephrologist and get evaluated.

Do a urine routine and microscopic examination to look for protein particle.

A renal function test also is required.
