What Causes Cloudy Urine With Thick White Vaginal Discharge?

I'm a 19 year old female and I've been having cloudy urine and thick white discharge lately, and sometimes my urine seems thick. I've has these symptoms along with sharp pains in my lower abdomen, sides close to my back, as well as in my ribs, this pain will come and go but it is very painful. Is this something that I should be worried about?
