Hello,
Welcome to health care magic
Such type of cold and cough is commonly due to rhino and adenovirus infection. It takes 7-21 days for cold and cough to go.If you child is active, playful, feeding well with normal respirations then don't worry.

General & Family Physician Dr. Ramesh M.Vachharajani's  Response
Hi,
As long time is passed having cough and cold, she might require one course of antibiotic syrup to get cure.
If allergic or viral infection is there infection might have been alright.
Consult your doctor and get examined.
He will go for antibiotic medicine course for 5 days.
Ok and take care.
