What Causes Cold And Sweat In A Baby?

Hi, my baby is 2 months and all of a sudden he started crying and sweating, I checked his temperature and it was 99 degrees. He has stopped crying as long as I do not move him but he now his whole body feels cold. Is there something wrong? He received his set of vaccinations today.
