What Causes Cold Feeling And Pain During Urination?

Hi Doctor, I just did a urine analysis because I was having a hard time urinating and I was getting the chills. My results turned out Albumin (+), Pus cells/HPF 70-80 CLUMPS and Eputhelial cells Many. I would like to know what it could be and if I need to see a specialist and what kind? Thank you

well result are showing severe UTI .u need to consult urologist immediately to rationalise treatment accordingly .
