What Causes Cold Rush Across My Chest During Practice Sessions?
when I am at practice some times I get a cold rush across my chest it only last for a seciond but it is enough to freak me out, this typicly happens at the start of practice. I coach, so i am pushing people and getting in people pumped. I am hopeing and have been told it is an adrenaline rush.
Hello, I can understand your concern and thanks for asking your question.
I would like to tell you that as you are a coach and doing hard regular practice session, it just be an adrenaline rush. I would like to ask you few questions like whether you are having any chronic illness, whether you are taking any kind of medications, any symptoms associated with cold rush or not.
So just relax and don't get tension. If your age is more than 45, then i would advise you to go for health check up including BP, blood sugar, creatinine, ALT, lipid profile, chest x-ray and ECG.
You can come back to me anytime after all these reports, so i can guide you further in right direction, if needed.
