What Causes Complex Ovarian Cyst With Fine Separation And Abdominal Pain?

Hi, I am 40 years old and have been diagnosed with a complex ovarian cyst with fine septation measuring about 3 cm. My stomach is bloated. I often have gas, nausea, pain in my lower abdomen and back, and I urinate often. I am worried it is cancerous.

Complex ovarian cyst with septation may be ovarian cancer or a simple non-cancerous cyst. Get CA 120 blood test and CT scan for further evaluation.
