What Causes Confused State Of Mind While Having Withdrawal Symptoms After Quitting Smoking?

I recently quit smoking and now I m feeling sluggish and absent minded, I forgot to pay a couple of bills last month and I NEVER forget them. is this possibly some kind of sideeffect of quiting smoking or is it maybe something to be more concerned about?

hello,
congratulations for the firm decision to quit smoking.
yes you may face some withdrawal symptoms, but they will gradually fade. you can keep a reminder for the things u think, they may skip from your mind and this will always be helpful because there is lot to gain out of quitting to smoke.
kindly consider it a boost to and make it a point to consider yourself independent of smoking and this will help you a lot.
carry on. and light headedness and such feeling may be the symptoms others who had been into smoking for a long time may face.
good luck.
