What Causes Confusion Along With Fever And High BP?

hi my father in law is 84yrs old and has dementia. recently the last couple of days he has fallin down frequently. today he fell in the bathtub. me and my sister picked him up and he walked out to the living room and sat on the couch. He has had a lot of confusion, fever, and some aches and pains, also high blood pressure at 8:50pm 4/11/18 it was 242/122. then at 9:20pm it was 124/77. I m really nervous and was just wondering if he needs to seek medical attention?

Yes, he needs to see a doctor. With that high blood pressure he could have had a stroke. Also fever with confusion needs to be evaluated.
