Neurologist 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

This type of episode maybe due to seizures or syncopal attack. Evaluation by a neurologist is required. Brain imaging and EEG should be done. Cardiac evaluation is also required and ECG should be done too.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
