Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likely due to urinary stones or prostatitis.A urine routine examination ultrasound of abdomen and pelvis and digital examination of prostate should be carried out if necessary to confirm the condition.Antibiotics will be needed if infection is present. In case of urinary stones i advise my patients with potassium citrate and ask them to drink more water if the stones are small.Cranberry juice or barley water also helps in alkalizing urine in such condition.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
I find this answer helpful
