3yrs ago I was diagnosed with gallstones and undergone cholisystectomy and ERCP. Now I am 20years old. and i was last diagnosed with Gilberts syndrome. This past few weeks I have this constant burping even if i haven't eaten my meal. I also have this pain in my abdomen feels like acid stock in my stomach. and this pain in my back left lower quadrant And also I sometimes feel pain in my chest. I don't know if its the heart but it is near the heart it was like sharp pain that lasts for 5-7seconds. Please advise. I really don't know what's happening on my stomach. and also i can only sleep for about 4hours a day because of my job. Thanks in advance.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
The symptoms you are describing seem more of an anxiety symptom complex.
Try to get enough sleep atleast 7 hours at night.
Do 20 minutes exercise daily. Keep stress at the minimum. For your abdominal complaints go to a local chemist and buy Cap. Esomeprazole 40mg and use it once daily before breakfast. Also take Tab. Itopride 50mg thrice daily before meals.
