What Causes Constant Chest Pressure, Lower Back Pain And Profuse Sweating?

my husband has been experiencing constant chest pressure, lower back pain, profuse sweating at times along with periods of blacking out without losing consciousness & shortness of breath. An EKG, stress test, chest x-ray and blood work for a blood clot came out normal. He has seen his doctor and is taking Prilosec to see if it is acid related but it has been over a week and their is no improvement.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, first of all such condition of chest pain need to be ruled out for cardiac disease some time if this is due to infraction then it may not be detectable in EKG or stress tests but right test would be coronary angiography, it is advisable to get it done till then better to continue medicine for hyperacidity, hope this information helps.
