What Causes Constant Diarrhea While Suffering From Gastroparesis?
I have gastroparesis. I am needing a shoulder replacement done and have been sleeping on my left side because of this. I have had constant diarrhea . Could sleeping on my left side cause this ? Never had this problem as long as I slept on my right side.

I suggest you to take tablet Metronidazole BD (twice daily for 3 days)
and ORS (oral rehydration solution). Diarrhea is mostly not due to sleep left shoulder.
