What Causes Constant Dull Pain In My Foot?

I have a pain in my left foot, It started after id worked three 10 hour shifts in a row. First I though it was my ankle as I had pain under and around it, but now its obvious that its under my 4th and 5th toe to my ankle (the bones to my toes) it is not swollen and it doesn’t particularly hurt to touch, but when I walk on it, it is very painful, however when I do not walk on it there is just a very dull pain. It doesn’t hurt too much id say a 4 or 5 out of 10. I defiantly do not think it’s a twisted ankle because ive had it now for nearly two weeks. Should I go to the doctor? What could it be?
