What Causes Constant Gas, Burping And Chest Tightness?

hi doctor i m 26 year old , from past 11 month i am facing acidity problem , first i had been to gastrologist but wid no complete cure , then i had been for homepathy medication for 6 month but still no complete cure , now from 1 week i m on ayurvedic medicine , but i gas erupting , like i have no pain , there is only gas burping, chest tighness , i have stop all non veg food , and no liquior no cigrettes , i want a solution -- wat xactly has happened to me

Hello,

Sometime fullness in the liver area can be from fatty liver like Benign liver pathology. For further here acidity seems to be cause for chest tightness as reflux can occur.

The Gastritis, an ulcer-like condition can be the possibility. For that, endoscopy examination is done. If needed (no improvement with Rabeprazole like an antacid drug), then rule out H. Pylori by urea breath test.

According to the cause, specific treatment can be given. Also, consult a gastroenterologist for examination.
