What Causes Constant Headaches, Dizziness And Tiredness After Craniotomy Surgery?

Hi my 13 year old son has had a constant headache for the last four days with dizziness and feeling tired. He had craniotomy surgery when he was a baby, and hit his head a couple of months ago were told he had concussion and nothing showed on ct scan. Today he is starting to feel nauseous after eating

The constant headache with dizziness can be part of alteration in CSF pressure or else. As there is prior history of craniotomy, it is recommended to consult him with neurophysician for further care.
