What Causes Constant Hissing Sound In Head And In Ears?

Hi, I noticed 2 weeks ago a constant hissing sound in my head or my ears. Not sure which one. I also have stifness on the right head side of my neck for the last 3-4 weeks. I exercise daily but sitting in front of the computer doesn t help. The stifness remains. Not sure of the hissing sound is related to the stifness in my neck.

u r having tinnitus. Most of time it is secondary to internal ear problem.
if it is synchronous with ur heart beat then get MRI brain done to rule out central cause for these symptoms.
