There is a constant movement inside my abdomen with a vibrating and burning sensation and pain behind my lower back.This is prevalent when eat spicy ,rough and acidic meal.I do have irregular heart beat.
You may be suffering from irritable bowel syndrome, infection, inflammation bowel problems or food Intolerance. In the above conditions, there are increased bowels movement may feel like this.
Avoid spicy food, alcohol, smoking and caffeine drinks. Use tablet Pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. Also, avoid dairy products, and gluten contains food.
If symptoms not improved, then please consult your doctor so that he will examine and treat you accordingly.
