What Causes Constant Nausea?

My husband has been suffering with constant feelings of nausea, day and night for several months- he just had a colonoscopy, endoscopy,an internal organ test by drinking a special liquid to test for pancreas problems and he had his gallbladder removed about 4 years ago. Blood tests come back normal.No one so far can conclude what is causing his feelings of nausea. He gets hungry but cannot finish meals someone due to this feeling. I
