What Causes Constant Nose Dripping?

I have a constant clear drip from my nose, and I'm wheezing, and when I cough, I taste metal. My throat was a little sore the past few days, but not now, it's just red. My head feels a little foggy and there is pressure in my chest to go along with the wheezing. What can I do to help it go away?

it mostly because of allergy. same clear drip goes in your throat , irritate it. and tastes like metal. and expectoration in chest. drink plenty of water preferably luke warm. avoid dust. take antiallergic and antihistaminic medication.
