What Causes Constant Numbness And Pain In The Upper Abdomen?

Hi, I have constant numb pain in upper middle right side abdomen,following with stomach inflammation ( i hv previous history of GERD ) if now it came back with this pain ,about a month ago pain started upper middle of abdomen and now feel a numb continous pain on upper right side. Ultrasound report came clear,all liver pancreas test clear,now doctor will follow up with my CT scan. iam worried ,what could be the cause of this pain?

Consult a gastroenterologist and get evaluated. Probably it is a non specific symptom and will settle by itself.
