General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
I have gone through your query and understand your concerns.

But wrist pain can also result from long-term problems, such as repetitive stress, arthritis and carpal tunnel syndrome. Because so many factors can lead to wrist pain, diagnosing the exact cause can sometimes be difficult.
In your case as you are having arthritis it might be the only cause.
Treatments that suppress inflammatory disease and may improve the outcome is disease-modifying anti-rheumatic drugs suppress inflammation and treat the underlying disease. They are used to treat inflammatory types of arthritis and occasionally types of connective tissue disease.

Hope this answers your query.

Regards,
Dr.Alekhya.
