What Causes Constant Pain In Arms?

Would this cause upper body loss of strength? My husband has trouble even moving his arms in the morning. As the day progresses he feels somewhat better, but by evening is experiencing the pain again. He cannot sleep in the bed because he cannot get comfortable with his arms.

After going through your query I concluded probably your husband is having freezing/ frozen shoulder. In this there is stiffness of both shoulder . Treatment of it mobilisation exercises of shoulder and analgesic such as ibuprofen. You can discuss your doctor about it. Hope your query get answered.
