General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to the presence of the gas in the intestine. Gas can accumulate in this area, causing pain and tenderness. I suggest using Simethicone medications three times a day. I also suggest to avoid food that can trigger the symptoms.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
