What Causes Constant Pressure In Back Of Head, Dizziness And Feeling Of Fainting?

I have constant pressure in the back of my head I feel dizzy when i move my head like I am going to faint everything is spining when I move my head side to side. I have had test I have head an MRI test blood test nothing has come up. What could this be???

I read your question carefully and I understand your concern.

Since you've had an MRI I assume brain issues like stroke, tumor etc and neck spine issues have been excluded as well as blood issues like anemia. In this case the next possible cause to look into would be that of an inner ear issue. The inner ear is very much involved in balance and is one of the most common causes of balance issue. So an ENT specialist consult would be the next recommended step.
