What Causes Constant Shaking In Hands?

Hi I am a male, 49years, height 1.8 m weight 105kgs, non smoker, non drinker, healthy, run ,eat healthy no medical problems- for the first time today neeeded to write some things down and my hand will not stop shaking making it impossible to write, this has never happened before.

Hello,
Best would be to get tested for serum levels of calcium,VIT D,VIT B12 and thyroid functions and diabetes.
In case they turn out to be normal and your problem worsens,then you would have to consult a neurologist.
