What Causes Constant Stomach Ache On Left Side And Back Pain?

constant stomach ache moreso on the left side and also a back pain and it feels like i am bloated if i take paraceatamol the pains go but return after about 4 hours i am eating ok but this makes the problems worse there is no difference with going to the toilet i am 57 and healthy apart from this
