What Causes Constant Twitching And Leg Cramps In A 57-year Old Man?

I am 57 yrs old. I have constant twitching in my right calve for about four days now. I have had a soreness to the touch of the same area for about a year. I also get very bad leg cramps at night and I think restless leg syndrome too. This twitching is bothersome. I don t sleep well and feel very fatigued all the time.

Please go for thyroid test,vitamin D and B12,electrolyte estimation and take medication accordingly.tingling sensation will be over once the deficiency ic corrected.lead active life,do yoga and follow balanced nutritious diet full of salads,fruits and vegetables.
