What Causes Constant Urge To Urinate?

I have a constant urge to urinate. Not just frequent, CONSTANT. I thought I had a UTI since it felt kind like one. But the test for that showed no bacteria. This makes the fifth time this has happened in the last year, and always it is not a UTI. What should I ask my doctor to look into? No one is helping me find out what it really is, and I am getting so distraught!

hyperactive bladder - neurological disorders affecting bladder tone or
sphincter control - underlying calculus - stricture urethra -

* Need to discuss about the diagnostic tools as ultrasound of the
Laboratory tests , Abdomen & Pelvis , Uroflowmetry , Diagnostic
cystoscopy , IVP , AUG , MCU according to the case study and
