What Causes Constipation After A Bout Of UTI?

I am 53 yrs.old I have a UTI. I was given first Cipro 250 mg 2x a day for 5 days. After my 3rd pill I had a severe pain all around my lower stomach (back & front). So painful I was very scared I went to the ER, after all tests to make sure of any other potential things could be happening, he then gave me a shot of morphine for the pain, replenish my fluids, and as he said a booster on my antibiotics ( it was a bag of something) he also gave me a new prescription for the cipro 500 mg 2x a day for 5 days and phenazopyrid 200mg 1 tablet 3 times a day. I hae been taking all my pills on a timely matter, but I am now on my 4th day with no bowel movements. I am very bloated some pain especially at the end of the day..What can I do is this normal????
