HI Well come to HCM I really understand your concern, I would like to say that multidrug therapy could be the cause of constipation it is called drug induced constipation, I actually try to treat the medical condition with less possible drugs what ever the disease is there, in my opinion you can ask the physician to reduce certain drugs if possible, till then for constipation you can try Isabgol powder, senna, drink more water, have more fiber containing diet, do not try any suppository, but try cut down some drugs instead, hope this information helps
