What Causes Constipation After A Surgery For Anal Fissure?

age 80 yrs, height 154 cms, weight 60 kg.,
IN 2005, A NAL fISSURE C EXTERNAL & INTERNAL HEMORROHIDS - OPERATED IN LNJP hOSPITAL, DELHI. FULLY CURED.

In July 2011 Laterine not coming of its own. Used finger to take it out. Anal inflamation etc Pus . After taking Gush P:owder with hot milk, the gutclear. Still using finger to take out stools. Now stools are coming very less after great stress. What should I take for latrine stools to come automatically and which Doctor, Hospital in Delhi should I visit and what is the medical name of this trouble? Please help me.
