What Causes Constipation After An Intercourse?

Every time I have regular sex I cant poop for like 2 weeks, could this have something to do with with the wall that seperates my vag. From my ass? Im 22, have 3 kids, im 5'4 and 119 lbs. Ive take laxatives but none have worked not even milk of magnesia.
