What Causes Constipation And Blood And Pus In Stools?

Dr. Last 3 weeks back i was suffering for loose motion, after taking medicine it was fine what i had earlier. on that consequence 2 days i was in constipation, blood droplet 1t0 3 droplet coming out from my anus, right now i am facing problem in rectum .pus coming out.and feel lots of pain after passing stool..stool is not that much hard.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It seems to be acute dysentery like infectious etiology.
Your stool routine micro examination and occult blood test should be done first and provide me report for giving more comment. The broad spectrum antibiotic combination of Ofloxacin plus Ornidazole to be given for five to seven days. Drink more water. Stool culture should be if no improvement. Drink more fruit juice. Avoid excess spicy food.
Zinc Sulphate Powder can be prescribed.
