What Causes Constipation And Blood In Stool?

Hello Doctor,
my son is 2 years 20 months old. He is having very hard stool and sometimes even water comes in his eyes because of strain. Also I have seen few blood spots in his stool.
I am giving him lots of water and juices, fruits.Still no improvement.
Please advice.I am tense.

-give plenty of whole grains, fruits and vegetables for your child
-give milk
-give plenty of liquids
-practice exercises
