What Causes Constipation And Difficult Urination?

I ve had three back surgeries ten years ago was ,y first. I m on pain meds. When I go to pee or poop I have to push to pee.poooping? Not like I was. Difficult to poop and pee. Im 34yrs female. Im positive it isnt because of the painmeds. This is new to me.

urinary tract infections - calculus disorders - urethral stricture ( post-
operative or post - catheterisation ) - sluggish intestinal motility -
decrease mobility related - oral intake of liquids & diet factors - certain
medicines
* The finding of cause require thorough history , physical examination of
the patient with necessary diagnostic tools for it.
