What Causes Constipation And Difficulty Urinating While On Vyvanse?

My 7 year old daughter started taking Vyvanse 7 days ago. She is a bit constipated and at night time only she says she feels like she is going to pee her pants but can't urinate.She is having trouble falling asleep but I don't think this is a reason not to go to bed. Could be but she has said this several nights in a row.

hi.thanks for the consultation,vyvanse contains lisdexamphitamine.its shuld be taken under great precaution as it has so many side effects.She is having sleeping problem(insomnia),its an important side effect it this drug.constipation and urinary problems are not included in its side effects ,it causes diarrhea not constipation but may vary from person to person i think so am advising you better to consult the same doctor for rest problems.good luck.
