What Causes Constipation And Gas Formation In A Child?

hi my name is geethu my baby is only 56 days now she is not pooping from 4 days 1 time our doctor put suppositery but after that this is the 4th day she is not pooping and a fowl smelll gastric problem is it normal that not pooping ?plz help me as soon as possible

In infants constipation is passing hard stools.They can pass one stool in 7 days or 6-7 stools in a day.Both the things are absolutely normal.Gas formation occurs in 100% babies in first three months.So your baby is absolutely normal.Don't put suppository on 4 th day of not passing stool
