What Causes Constipation And Loose Stools Black In Color?

I have had constipation for the last 2 weeks. I have had 3 very small BM and the other night I had cramps all night and finally in the morning went to the bathroom. Very loose stool and black. I have gained 8 lbs in the last week and a half and just really do not feel good.
