What Causes Constipation In A 2 Year Old Crying During The Bowels?

Sir....my 1 1/2 year son is facing free motion problem every morning,he is going to motion every 2 or 3 days..and he is an healthy person..He is crying at the time of motion..please suggest which type of food he required what type of precautions for free motion every day..

Hi,
Thanks and welcome to HCM .
Your son requires energy rich and fiber containing diet like whole wheat flour bread/chapathi, grean leafy vegetables and juicy fruits.
Give plenty of water to drink.
You may use Lactulose syrup to facilitate regular motion.
Keep the toilet clean and free from bad odor so that he will not hesitate to use the lavatory.
Persuade him to go to lavatory daily even if he has no urge.
