What Causes Constipation While Treating Internal Hemorrhoid?

I have internal hemroids and only recently have stop pooping ? I have also been on a strict diet and exercise plan for 6 weeks and have just hit a wall and stopped this last week or so ! So I m wondering if either of these 2 things may be the cause of my sudden stop in pooping ??

Constipation usually is corrected by increased intake of fibres and fluids in diet. Take lots of fruits and vegetables.

Hemorrhoidal medicine dont lead to constipation, may be diet you are taking now may lead to constipation
