Hi. Thanks for your query. Noted the history and understood your concerns. Since you are 25 years old the commonest cause of motion problems is as follows: Intestinal infection. IBS that is irritable bowel syndrome. This can be diagnosed by the following: First of all, get stool samples tested for a few times so that an exact problem may be diagnosed and treated accordingly, for example if there is an infection a course of an antibiotic, metronidazole and probiotics can solve your problems. Also get the blood tests for CBC, thyroid function, liver function as as needed or advised by your treating Doctor and get corrected any other problems thus found. If there is no complete relief, get an appointment of a Gastroenterologist, get colonoscopy and CT scan of the abdomen. If all the tests are normal then get treated as IBS.
