What Causes Constipation With White Spots In Stools?

I have had several bouts of constipation recently, although they have abated. My stool has some little white spots in it occasionally and I wondered if that was normal. I had been taking antibiotics and zofran for nausea at the times when I was constipated for a sinus infection.
