What Causes Constricting Feeling In Esophagus?

hi!! i feel suffocation in my food pipe as soon as i eat food.The condition lasts for hours leading to uneasiness and discomfort. Since the last 2 months i suffered from throat infection several times.as of now Dr has prescribed me Razo-d for 15 days. kindly neone pls tell me what is it excatly???

But this could be due to GERD so please take Omeprazole once daily and ranitidine before every meal.
