What Causes Continous Burps ?

Hi, My name is Sakthi, age 35, i have affected continious burp when i didnt take food also its coming, i am not drinking any carbo drinks, i feel chest pain also because of this . last few days i affected by this disease. except an sleeping hours i am getting continious burp. Now i am in singapore. So please suggest what i will do.
