What Causes Continuous Sleeping, Vomiting And Diarrhoea?

our son becomes tired then sleeps about 24 hrs then throws up about 24 hrs then has diarrah.This lasts about 3 days.Then in another 2 weeks its starts all over agian. This has be going on since november. he is 27 gain 30 lbs 260 now.6'3. has not been sick before.
