What Causes Cough Along With Pain In The Right Arm?

ok me and my girlfriend have some similar symptoms, so a deep cough, pain, serious pain in the joints, pain in the right arm that fluctuates from shoulder to elbow to forearm to not the right hand...just the right middle finger.. theres more, ill start with that

Hi,

Your cough is mostly due to viral infection. And a viral infection in the body can cause muscle and bone pain. So no need to worry much.

Maintain good hydration. Take simple painkiller like Paracetamol or Ibuprofen. Apply warm water pad on affected areas. Don't worry, you will be alright with all these in 1 week.
