Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

She is having a flu / respiratory infection. Nothing to worry, if she don't have fever, is playful and feeding well. You can use saline nasal drops (available from pharmacy without prescription) to relieve nasal block before feeding and sleeping- two drops in each nostrils 5 minutes apart. You need to take her to doctor only if cough not getting down in 3-4 days, develops fever / breathing difficulty or not feeding well.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Muhammed Aslam TK, Pediatrician
